The Tainan City Fire Department provides guidance to companies in conducting early stage independent response drills for disasters. Firefighters and company’s response people were able to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on simulated accidents in the factory area, and the results were excellent. The enterprise's independent response drill is different from the past. In the military simulation, the host's questions, answers ,the manufacturer's reflection and response are used to interact, so as to gain a deep understanding of the deficiencies in the factory, and then reflect on the prevention work to strengthen the project, and thereby become an improvement goals. In addition, through practical drills, the tacit cooperation between the self-defense firefighting team members in the factory and the fire brigade was enhanced, the familiarity with the operation of disaster relief equipment was strengthened, and practical experience was learned on how to protect the perimeter of the site to avoid spreading the fire, and how to spray water to prevent the fire from spreading to other areas. Through practical operations and interactions, the experience of the front-line self-defense firefighting marshalling personnel in the factory area is enhanced in disaster relief and fire-fighting, with a view to suppressing the fire immediately during a disaster, reducing the risk of property loss and personal injury in the factory, and enhancing the independent response and coordination of the self-defense firefighting marshalling personnel, and works well together with the fire brigade.
